- Order Processing, Telephone calls and emails all within agreed timescales and according to KPI's
- Forge excellent customer relationships which will ensure they take note and most importantly return for more business
- To carry out any other duties necessary for the smooth running of the function
- Ensure all policies and procedures are understood/adhered to at all times.
In terms of your capability, naturally an ability to build rapport quickly is necessary as well as being focused on positive outcomes and resolution. You'll also have a sense of urgency and be able to cope with pressures and multi-tasking. Your enthusiasm will be obvious to all as will your openness to learning and continuous personal development
