Key Responsibilities

  • Put the customer is put first, aiming to get the right solution first time and every time
  • Building rapport with customers over the phone
  • Upsell certain products to meet the customers' requirements
  • Working thoroughly within your team supporting and helping colleagues to achieve their best

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Customer Service or Contact Centre experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong listening skills
