Key Responsibilities
- Put the customer is put first, aiming to get the right solution first time and every time
- Building rapport with customers over the phone
- Upsell certain products to meet the customers' requirements
- Working thoroughly within your team supporting and helping colleagues to achieve their best
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Customer Service or Contact Centre experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong listening skills
