Job Description

A very well established company with a lovely working environment are looking for you to join their team within Customer Services.

You will be required to take calls from customers, be the first point of contact for any customer enquiries, process incoming orders and see them through to completion, generate quotations, raise proforma invoices and take payments, answer email enquiries, international shipments and logistics, send order confirmations and any other duties where required.

You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and work quickly, be highly organised and a team player and able to offer solutions to problems.

Customer service experience is required for this role, either face to face or office based, however it is more about the person for this position.

Your salary will be £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience + fantastic company benefits, you must be able to drive due to the rural location of the office.
