Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

This family-run business is firmly established as an expert provider within their field with a fantastic reputation. You will be working within an established team who are friendly, welcoming, fun but also driven and determined to do well. Their office is set in a beautiful converted barn, with stunning views, however it is rural so you must be a driver as public transport is not available. You will receive full on-going training on the job.

This role represents a great opportunity to join a very stable, successful company, which has significant expansion plans for this year and beyond.

Your job will be to deal with clients to help find finance solutions for their customers. You will be required to match the best finance solution to the customers` needs.

You will have a customer service background ideally working within an office although this is not essential. The most important thing is that you have a passion for providing fantastic customer service, a positive attitude and confident telephone manner, you will also be highly organised and able to work to deadlines.

Your salary will be between £20,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience) and you will benefit from receiving a team bonus based on targets achieved so in addition you could receive up to £4000 per year on average (paid monthly)
