We have a fantastic ongoing opportunity available for a Customer Service Advisor for a highly regarded insurance company based in Chelmsford.
This offers great working hours of Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
You will be based in a customer service department, calling businesses to fact find details about their insurance renewal dates. You will be logging information on to a database and sending follow up emails and letters where necessary. Working in a supportive team you will receive full training and you will be working in lovely modern offices. You may also be required to assist with administration duties so you will be required to have an intermediate knowledge of MS office.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be confident talking to people, with great communication skills. They are looking for people that would enjoy talking to customers on the telephone for most of their working day. Previous administration or customer service background is preferred.
This is a long term temporary booking, they are looking for people to be available for around six months. The working environment is great and their company name would look fantastic on your CV, for your long term career.
The company is based centrally in Chelmsford, a short stroll from the train station. This pays £8.83 per hour and you will be paid weekly, one week behind the week that you work, every Friday. You will also receive holiday and pension on top.
