We are currently recruiting for a number of customer service advisors on a temp to perm basis for a financial organisation in Leeds city centre.


Working 35 hours a week, with various shift patterns available between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Saturday.

A day in the life of customer service advisor will entail…

  • Acting a first point of contact to customers in busy call centres
  • Supporting customers with their queries
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Providing solutions to complex queries
  • Investigating and highlighting suspicious activity
  • Working to SLAs and KPIs

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ideally exposure in a customer service/contact centre environment
  • Brilliant telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • You will also need to be able to pass a credit and DBS check.

In return our client offers an hourly rate of £9.34 p/h (£17,000 p/a)
