Job Description

Role - Customer Service Advisor
Salary - £18,000 pro-rata
Job Type - Full Time, 3-month contract
Location - Abingdon

Are you looking for some contract work for the Summer?
We have a great opportunity for a customer service individual to join one of our reputable businesses in Abingdon on a contract role of 3 months. You will be working within a team and supporting the functions, ensuring excellent service is delivered at all times.

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
Answering emails & responding to messages
Making outbound calls to operators & customers
Assisting with any amendments or cancellations
Inputting into a CRM systems

You should apply for this role if you are…
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Fluent in French would be beneficial but not essential
Articulate with good grammar for answering emails and responding to messages
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to multi task
Good PC skills
Ability to prioritise tasks
Work on own initiative
Confident
Some experience in a customer service role (not necessarily on the telephone) would be useful but is not essential
