We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in Worcester.

Payrate = £10.14 per hour

Overtime available Paid at = £15.21 or £20.28 per hour

Hours = 40 per week

The ideal Customer Service Advisor candidate would be able to demonstrate excellent people skills and have a strong back ground in customer facing roles. Call centre experience is desired but we are happy to meet candidates from other customer service backgrounds.

As a Customer Service Advisor will be taking incoming phone calls, arranging appointments, dealing with queries along with any related administration and data entry.
