Job title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £17,500 per annum
Start date: ASAP
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working with customers to understand their needs and reviewing applications to ensure that the right outcomes are sought for the customer, whilst continuing to deliver a best in class customer experience (in line with the Company Vision, Mission and Core Values).
We are looking for strong confident communicators on the telephone able to talk to our customers.
You will need to be immediately available and able to attend an interview.

" Answering telephone enquiries/inbound calls

" Monitoring active dashboard and interactive planner at all times
Customer service: 1 year minimum
Telephone role: 1 yea minimum
