Job Description

Our client is based at Monks Cross and is looking at setting up a new department of lively, customer service administrators.

You will be working in modern, open plan offices with a good team around you and will benefit from 25 days holiday and a fantastic career ladder. If holidays are`t your thing then you can claim 5 days per year as pay!

You will be dealing with businesses, colleges and other learning providers and speaking to a wide range of people of all levels so must have strong communication skills which you will have picked up in a customer facing environment.

You will also need competent IT skills and be comfortable in picking up new systems.

This will be a busy department so you must be able to work to deadlines whilst under pressure to deliver the very best in customer service at all times.
