The main aspect of this role is:
Taking calls from businesses, schools and colleges regarding grants that are given to fund training.

So the skills required for this role are:
- Strong Communication,
- Strong IT skills and be comfortable picking up new systems
- Strong customer service from either a retail, reception or telephone answering environment.
