An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor working in the centre of York for a growing company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the store, assuring world class customer service, up selling and cross selling is provided.
Your role will involve:
- Monitoring and assuring organisation and cleanliness of the office.
- Assuring performance of and monitor opening and closing procedures, cash handling, security procedures and daily deposits.
-Preparing weekly and monthly reports and time-sheets
-Under the guidance be responsible for securing collection from account customers, payments to vendors and general finances.
Experience within the design and printing industry is desirable but not essential.
In return you will receive a salary in the region of 19,000 but this is negotiable for the print person, an excellent working environment with the opportunity to progress and move the business forward, sociable working hours - 8.30-5pm Monday -Friday.
