My client is seeking to employ a customer service advisor to join their busy and friendly team. They are looking for someone with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and excellent spoken and written communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for callers to a national advice service which gives information and advice. The role also involves scheduling appointments and ad-hoc administrative duties. They are offering a salary of £19,000-£20,000 with great benefits such as; Pension Scheme, Generous Annual Leave Entitlement (5 weeks plus bank holidays) and flexible working.

Some of your duties will be to:
" Be the first point of contact for new client enquiries (telephone and email), responding to messages from new clients, asking relevant questions to determine the type of enquiry.
" To provide administrative support to the Information and Advice team and Managing Director.
" Responsible for maintaining online client management and filing systems.
" To keep informed of issues, policies and guidance affecting clients ensuring that the information provided is relevant, current, complete and accurate.
" To work with partner organisations to share knowledge, make appropriate referrals, maintain consistency and draw upon each other's expertise, always striving to improve the quality of both services and provide a better customer experience.
