Brook Street are excited to be recruiting for Customer Service staff within a vibrant Contact Centre on Cobalt Business Park.

The role:

To provide an excellent customer service at all times. Answering queries via telephone and email. Responding professionally in a timely manner making sure all information provided is accurate.

The candidate:

Successful candidates will have a proven background in a Customer Service/Sales environment and a real enthusiasm for problem solving. Being self motivated and having an outgoing personality will make you a perfect fit in this friendly team.
If you have experience in Financial Services that would be even better!
