Customer Service Advisor
Location; Central Brighton
Salary; up to £20,000 plus bonus
Hours; varied shift pattern including weekend days
Working within a welcoming and friendly contact centre who have the customer at the centre of all customer interactions. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their issues and upselling products. Rather than a hard sell you'll be listening carefully to customer's needs and offering suitable products specific to them.
If you have customer service experience, the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and are resilient and self-motivated this is the job for you. It's a targeted role, so when you excel you are well recognised and rewarded.
This role is ideal if you:
" Love talking to people and can build a rapport quickly
" Can think on your feet; are able to spot a potential customer close a sale
" Be tenacious, adaptable and resilient
" Self-motivated in a targeted environment
" Can work well in a team and enjoy working in a high energy environment
" Flexible to work shifts including some weekends
" Enthusiasm for developing and learning new skills
" Have experience within Customer Service
