Customer Service Advisor
£17, 296 per Annum
Based in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes
Working 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days between 0700- 2200
Working in a contact centre environment. The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to receive incoming calls from Customers who have a credit card with this bank/ building society. The queries you will be dealing with via telephone/ email/ SMS/ Webchat could include basic queries i.e. changing customer details on the system, change of addresses, activating a new credit card the customer has received, resolving payment queries with the customers. You will be able to work to a basic script for the above however there will be more complex queries that will require you to deviate from the script and use your own imitative to further investigate and resolve or be able to escalate if needed.
Excellent Customer Service skills are required, these can be gained from working in a retail/ hospitality environment as well as a contact centre. We will also need you have basic PC skills as you will be inputting information into the system and ensuring the database is kept up to date.
