Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to work within a friendly, buzzing office, where full on the job training is given, the opportunity to study qualifications paid by the company and the chance to work within a loyal and extremely welcoming office.

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, processing orders, dealing with enquiries via phone/email and fax, preparing quotations, minimising order errors and general office administration.

The company are happy to put suitable candidates through NVQ's which are paid for!

You will have excellent communication and listening skills, an excellent telephone manner, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, a positive attitude and well organised and able to work under pressure.

You will have customer service and/or administration experience, you will also have a minimum of 5 GCSE`s including Maths and English Grades C or above (or equivalent)

Your salary will be £17,000 + fantastic company benefits to include pension, free parking and much more.
