My client is a successful multi-channel retailer who are looking to employ a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. They are offering a salary of £19,000 per annum and benefits such as quarterly bonus, pension scheme and staff discount. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player who is highly organised and has excellent communications skills.
Key responsibilities will be;
You will handle internal and external B2B customer queries and complaints via telephone and email in a timely manner.
You will take full ownership of a customer's enquiry and be positive and proactive in finding a solution.
You will feedback customer comments and issues and find creative solutions and suggestions to reoccurring problems.
You will support Trade Sales team based in London at all levels.
You can manage overflow at busy times.
You will respond to stock enquiries, stock availability and stock suitability.
You will manage international orders, shipping quotes and facts.
