Due to continued success, Brook Street UK are delighted to be supporting our client based in Derry for Inbound Customer Service Advisors.

Our client a leading household name, has positions available to join their team early September. The roles are temporary ongoing with a view of becoming permanent.

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and transferring callers to relevant department/person. This role is Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 hours.

We are seeking candidates who have an excellent customer service background, you must be able to provide detailed examples at Interview if shortlisted.

NO GCSE`s are required to apply for this role, however we do require a high level of accuracy.

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.01 for ages 18- 24 and £8.53 for 25+. You will be paid on a weekly basis, be part of a well-known Business.
