We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic and driven team based in Reading. Our client is a reputable company going through a period of growth, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, rewarding, customer-driven organisation.

The role of Customer Service Advisor is the go-to person between customers and colleagues. You will be required to deal with customer issues raised over the phone, email and internal ticket system, escalating tickets to support supervisors,management and/or network team where required.

You will be a confident and articulate communicator and happy to explain the scientific technicalities to people on all levels.

To be considered for this role you will need good working knowledge of full MS office Suite.

Your normal hours of work will be based on four days shift from 7.00am to 7.00pm, each four day shift being followed by four days off, and then four nights shifts 7.00pm to 7.00am, each night shift followed by four nights off. Shifts include weekends and bank holiday and will rotated throughout the year.
