Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

Excellent opportunity to join a leading financial organisation based in the centre of Redhill as a Customer Service Advisor.

£17,500 rising to 18,500 after probation plus bonus and excellent benefits.

You will be based in a established team of around 40 Customer Service Advisors and your primary focus will be to provide the highest level of customer service to customers in a call centre environment. You will be provided with a comprehensive training programme where you will learn the company`s bespoke system and gain extensive knowledge of all financial products.

The shift pattern is below:

Week 1 (27.5 hours)
¢ 8am - 2:00pm Monday to Friday with a half hour break

Week 2 (32.5 hours)
¢ 1:15pm - 6.45pm Monday to Friday with no break
¢ 9am - 2pm Saturday with no break

Week 3 (40 hours)
¢ 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break

Week 4 (40 hours)
¢ 9.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break

Average weekly hours over a 4 week period equate to 35

We are keen to speak to candidates with previous call centre experience plus have excellent communication and IT skills. You must also have a minimum of grade C in English and Maths GCSE and not have any outstanding CCJ`s or bankruptcy`s.


This role offers and annual salary of £17,500 rising to 18,500 after probation plus bonus and excellent benefits. The shift pattern is below:
