Job Description

We`re working with a prestigious client based on the outskirts of Yeadon, who are looking for an appointment setter to join their friendly customer service team.


The hours of work are: 37.5 hours which are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and every Saturday 10am to 4pm. With every Sunday and one day of the week off.


Within the role you will aid the team in handling incoming calls from customers, answering queries and providing excellent customer service.


Alongside this you will also make outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling), to book repeat appointments and remind them of upcoming appointments, ensuring the database is kept up to date and all customer records are accurate.


Our client is looking for a friendly and communicative candidate. You`ll need to have a professional telephone manner and be confident to make outbound calls.

A solid understanding of Microsoft outlook, word etc is also required.


Please note: due to the location of the offices, a driving licence is very much preferred.


In return our client offers a starting salary of £16,200, rising after probation.
