Job Description
Do you have transferrable customer service skills?
Are you looking for a new opportunity or looking to break into the customer service environment?
We may have the perfect role for you!
Our client who are a book distribution company based locally are expanding so are looking for a people orientated individual to join their Customer Services department on a temporary to permanent basis. The salary per annum is between £19,000 and £20,500. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work as part of a team along with being able to use their own initiative. Good keyboard skills with attention to detail and a professional telephone manner are essential. Knowledge of Microsoft packages and our in-house system full training will be provided.
Your daily duties will include;
-Driving the customer journey by responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone.
-To process orders & credits via their Vista software program.
-To deal with any customer queries and resolve any issues through communication with all departments within the company.
-Coordinating with management to ensure the smooth running of operations and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
-Coordinating with the rest of the business to provide positive customers outcomes.
