We are currently recruiting candidates for a fast paced office based in Telford.
Whilst taking incoming customer calls you will be assessing the nature of their enquiry, resolving any problems where possible, and scheduling an engineer to visit them when it is not possible to fix over the phone.
Full training will be given and product experts will be available to provide help should you need it, however an existing knowledge of UK geography would be a definite benefit.
The right person for this job will:
- Have great customer servicing skills acquired in an office environment
- Be available until at least the end of January 2020
- Be open to personal development & training
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
The contract will to cover a peak in their business and expected to run until the end of January 2020, however this could be extended.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with possible overtime available on occasion.
This role will pay £9.15 per hour and will be full time hours equating to 37 hours per week.
