I am currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor

My client is based in Leicester City.

Due to rapid growth my client is looking to employ a Customer Service Advisor to engage with their customer base and ensure they get the best service possible!

Location: Leicester

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm (No weekends)

The salary: £18,000

Job Type: Full-time

The Role

I have an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer service to join my client to deliver customer service excellence to their customer portfolio via telephone, email correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

Deal with all customer issues/queries/requests for product and service information

Support Managers in service expectations for all customers

Accurately update and input customer details on to the CRM system

Your skills

Positive and professional manner is ESSENTIAL

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Proven track record building and maintaining customer relationships

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

IT skills

A team player with a collaborative approach

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
