Opportunity for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to work in the our client located in Derry City Centre, Monday to Friday set 0900-1700 hours (NO WEEKENDS). You will be working for a company who are a household name with a track record of investing and developing their employees
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic pay rate of £8.01 if you are under 24 and £8.53 for 25+ You will be entitled to 30 days Annual leave.
No prior call centre experience required but must have worked in a customer service role. You will be asked to demonstrate this during the interview stage.
The duties and responsibilities include:
" Transferring calls to other departments
" Handling inbound calls from customers dealing with various queries
" Resolving issues for customers in a professional manner
" Provide advice within remit of the contract
" Provide excellent customer service on each call
" Meeting call targets and customer service targets
The ideal candidate will have:
