You will be working for a reputable, approved brand in Peterborough which offers some great benefits such as; Free parking, 23 days holiday plus bank holiday, national state pension, discount on new vehicles bought from certain garages, yearly pay reviews & bonuses of up to £2000 per quarter to be shared between the team.

You will be the first point of contact for all customers in relation to their warranty query and providing a first class service. You will also be responsible for communicating with manufacturers, securing replacement parts and repairs for defective merchandise. You will also be responsible for administration duties such as; Invoicing, shipment & orders of parts, arranging credits, handling warranty requests & accounting transactions.

To be successful in securing this position, you will be expected to be an outgoing, sociable and an enthusiastic individual passionate about customer service.

You will initially receive one-week training to settle into the position, shadowing a colleague.

You will be working between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break per day.

To add to the exciting benefits and the casual working hours, you will receive a competitive salary of between £16,000 to £20,000 depending on your experience & knowledge.
