Job Description

Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and quick thinking individual with customer service experience. You will be working as part of a lovely team dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email, social media and live chat. This includes processing orders, dealing with complaints, making outbound calls to clients, working to targets, building relationships, setting up subscriptions,arranging refunds and updating records.

You will ideally have strong customer service skills, an understanding of social media, and strong computer knowledge.
