Brook Street (UK) Limited is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Belfast city centre for Inbound Customer Service Advisors.

You will be working Monday to Friday and 0900-1700. The role is temporary and on-going with the option of being made permanent.

As a Customer Sales Advisor you will:
" Offer excellent customer service
" Provide advice within remit of the contract
" Manage customer expectations
" Ensure all customer queries are managed and resolved in a timely manner
" Use your problem-solving skills to identify resolutions


What you'll need to succeed:
" Excellent customer service
" Good written and verbal communication skills
" A natural ability to build a strong rapport with customers
" Eligibility to work in the UK
What you'll get in return:
" £8.01 per hour if you are under 24 and £8.53 for 25+ paid on a weekly basis
" You will be entitled to 30 days Annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
" Working 0900-1700, Monday to Friday and no weekends
" On-site Canteen

" Support from a local Recruitment Consultant who will be on hand for advice and guidance
