Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor role based in Harlow.
Within this role you will be providing accurate and efficient product and service support to clients and customers.

Responsibilities include:

Daily management of Clients` accounts via incoming/outgoing calls and email enquiries

Identify Up sell/ Cross Selling opportunities

Retain client accounts

Build sustainable relationships and trust with our clients

Go the extra mile to achieve increased client satisfaction


Holiday entitlement - 24 days per year excluding bank holidays
