We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our thriving client based just outside the Bradford city centre.
The position is a 6 weeks temporary role with the potential for this to be made permanent
Candidates can expect to join a fast-paced office environment, providing outstanding customer service and building successful relationships.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as a first point of contact in the office, answering calls and emails from customers.
You will be responsible for:
" Handling a high volume of calls in response to customer issues and queries.
" Answering any queries and issues via email as well.
" Offering a high standard of customer service.
This a fast-paced role and very customer service based. If you enjoy dealing with customers this would be the ideal role for you.
We`re looking for candidates with a background in Customer Service as it`s important the customer has had a positive experience. Due to the nature of the role, it`s important that you are personable and friendly. If you`re used to providing excellent customer service, resolving problems and dealing with high levels of inbound calls, then we`d like to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will have high levels of attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Training will also be provided on the job to get you settled in to the role!
The hourly Pay-rate for this role is £9.23
