Job Description

Brook Street have an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Service Advisor for a well established public sector organisation, working with a high profile training board. This is a bustling contact centre with fantastic public transport links. If successful, your responsibilities will include:

-Receiving various calls from customers regarding training
-Receiving calls from training centres with various queries
-Receiving calls from customers who want to book on training programmes
-General customer service
-Elements of administration work involved for after call work
-All inbound calls, no outbound calls or sales calls

The successful candidate will demonstrate;
-Excellent customer service skills
-Confident communicator
-Committed and enthusiastic

The role is based in Benton and is a full time temporary position initially for 6 months with the view to become a permanent position.
