Brook Street UK Ltd is working in partnership with our client based in Belfast City Centre for Inbound Customer Advisors

Our client has confirmed that the role is full time and temporary on going with permanent opportunities

The Customer Advisor will be expected to work Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 no weekends! Paid on a weekly basis and guaranteed 37.5 hours per week. Casual dress code always

Ideally, we would prefer applicants to be educated to GCSE level, however, this is not essential. The team is customer focussed and we are seeking CV`s from applicants you want to exceed customer expectations. This role requires the applicant to use systems correctly, transfer calls to relevant person/department, send out application forms and give advice as required.

In return, you will be paid £8.01 for 18-24-year olds and £8.53 for 25+. If successful, the applicant must be willing to apply for a Basic Access NI
