Job Description

I am recruiting for a finance application Customer Service Advisor based near Birmingham Airport. My award-winning client are market leading within their industry and are offering a basic salary of £18,000 and a fantastic benefits package including a commission structure.

THE ROLE
Working within the sales department you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers who have signed up to a package on offer and have opted for 'finance payments' but whose application has not been completed correctly for one reason or another. You will be offering support to the customers and advising them on how to complete the applications successfully to they can complete their purchase.

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Making a volume of outbound calls on a daily basis
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Dealing with new online and telephone finance applications
- Finalising outstanding applications over the phone and by email
- Assisting new customers
- Reporting to Management

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle due to the location is essential
- Previous customer service within an office environment experience is essential
- Confident and excellent telephone manner
- Strong customer service/communication skills
- High level of numerical ability
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously under minimum supervision
- Tenacious in character, self-motivated to make a volume of outbound calls daily
- Stable work history, be able to explain reasons for leaving previous positions
- Punctual, reliable and experience of working well within a team

HOURS
Monday to Wednesday - 11.00 - 20.00
Thursday and Friday - 9.00 - 17.30
