Brook Street UK Lts is working with our client based in the North West for Inbound Customer Advisors
Our client is a well-known household name and they provide a service to their government-based provider
This role is temporary ongoing. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700. Our client is also closed all Bank and Public holidays
We are seeking CV's from applicants who strive in Customer Service roles and has a strong customer service background. Due the nature of this role applicants will be required to provide detailed answers in their Interview. You will be responsible for staying within remit of the calls, utilising the system to provide the correct answer to the customers. You will transfer to relevant department/person/send out application packs. Deal with general queries from the public.
The successful applicant will need to apply for a basic Access NI
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.01 to £8.53 with an increase from the 1st April due to national living wage increasing
