Brook Street UK Ltd is seeking CV`s on behalf of our client based in Belfast City Centre

Our client has confirmed that the role is temporary ongoing, Monday to Friday and the hours of work are 0900 to 1700

This is a telephone-based role, you will be responsible for transferring customers through to relevant departments/person. Giving advice on government related enquiries

We are seeking CV`s from applicants who strive in a Customer Service role. Due the nature of this role you will be required to deal with several lines of business within minutes, whilst ensuring that the customer experience is positive.

No Gcses are required for this role, however, if you are to be successful, the applicant must be willing to apply for a basic Access NI
