Customer Service Advisor
Preston Area ( parking available )
Temporary for 3 months with a view of going permanent.
Salary: £17,500pa (paid weekly )
Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Working hours: 10am - 6pm 1/2 hour lunch 2 x 10 minute breaks
My client is a market leading, family run manufacturer supplying specialist retailers, contractors and designers with made to measure products and furnishings. They are dedicated to providing a professional and friendly service.
The customer service advisor duties will primarily be to take inbound calls from clienteles and take orders successfully over the phone. Additionally, you will contribute to the success of the business and deal with any incoming customer queries. The department encompasses a variety of telephone and administration duties, including:
" Dealing with customers by both Telephone & Email
" Taking orders and inputting them onto the system for despatch
" Giving advice on products and services.
" Providing delivery & stock information
" Resolving customer queries using our in house help desk and CRM systems
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
" Previous experience in a customer service environment
" Friendly and confident manner
" Computer literate
" Desire for excellent customer service with a "can do" attitude
" Flexible approach
