Brook Street UK Ltd is delighted to be recruiting Inbound Customer Advisors for our client based in Belfast City Centre

Our client has confirmed that the roles are temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities with full times hours of 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Our client would like to Interview applicants who have experience in Customer Service roles either face to face or Telephone.

Our aim is to place successful applicants who strive in Customer Service roles and want to ensure that they can exceed customer expectations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for answering queries from the public and transferring to relevant Government parties

No GCSE`s are required to apply for this role, but you are required to Apply for a basic Access NI if you are a select for the role

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.97 p/h, paid on a weekly basis and benefit from 30 days annual leave from Day 1
