We are looking for Customer Contact Advisers for a growing company on the outskirts of York. You will be required to work one Saturday in three and one Sunday in approximately seven, so flexibility is a must. The job would suit someone who has had strong customer service experience.
Over the telephone you will be providing quotes and answering queries on a variety of products.
You will be working within Financial Services so full training on the products and how you deal with the clients will be given before the work is introduced to you at a manageable pace.
Once on the job your product knowledge will increase with every call you master and there is always an expert on hand to advise you on any more complex situations.

They are currently working from home but once back in the office you will need to access a vehicle to get there as it is not served by public transport.
