Working on behalf of our client, Teleperformance, we are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to operate in their state-of-the-art Newry site from September 2020.
Teleperformance have engaged Brook Street (UK) Ltd to secure multiple Customer Service Advisors to take inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to their clients' customers. Full training will be given in a classroom-based environment by highly-experienced Trainers who have worked as Customer Service Advisors at Teleperformance for many years. The training will give the successful candidates full knowledge of the client on whose behalf they will be working and will also enable the new Customer Service Advisors to understand the basics of delivering outstanding customer service and of using the systems.

In these socially-distant times, our client is also ensuring that their staff are able to work in the most safe manner possible so all new entrants will work from home once they have completed their training. To work from home, you must have a private room you can work in without any interruptions and you must have a wired ethernet connection.
The Customer Service Advisors will work 40 hours per week. The hours of work are between 0800 and 2200 between Monday and Sunday, and the rate of pay is £8.72 (over 25s), £8.20 (over 21s), and £7.70 (those aged 18-20).
