Customer Service Advisor (12-month Maternity Cover)
Salary: £20,000 per annum + team related bonus of up to £1500
25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays and free parking
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm / 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Training: 6 weeks + ongoing training will be given
Start date: November 2020

This is a great opportunity to work for an iconic brand which was established in 1977. They design and manufacture products and due to their continued growth, they're looking to expand their customer service team.
Customer service is a vital part of the business, the team consists of highly skilled individuals who provide technical information to customers to ensure their needs are met. You will be working in the office with COVID-19 Measures in place.
You must have a natural technical ability and problem solving is key for this role along with strong communication skills. This role will be both phone based and administrative and requires the suitable individual to be reactive, able to work under pressure, able to multi-task and have an energetic approach to work.
