We are working with a client based in Didcot who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a 6-month temporary contract.
What you will need..
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Experience of, and commitment to, delivering focused customer services
o Experience of working in a call centre dealing with high levels of inbound calls
o The ability to take ownership of tasks and work accurately and flexibly within a busy team
o An enthusiastic and positive approach
o Experience of dealing with challenging customers
o The ability to meet call handling targets
o Good IT skills
o Ability to work accurately and flexibly as part of a busy team
o Occasional Saturday working
