Manchester - Inbound Contact Centre Advisor
Start date - Monday 16th November
Temporary ongoing till March 2021
30-37.5 hours per week- Shift work between 08:00 - 22:00 - You will need to be fully flexible over 7 days and may be expected to work both Saturday and Sunday.
Our Client, a unique and highly influential national service, is recruiting for helpline advisors to join their team. The helpline provides a single point of contact, telephone and email advice, information and support to members of the public and professionals wishing to access the service.
I am currently recruiting for a contact centre advisor to join a challenging and rewarding team based in Manchester.
You will be the single point of contact providing advice, guidance and support over the phone. This role is very fast paced and has high levels of demand.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
-Drives (due to training at another site)
-Passion for providing excellent customer service
-Call centre experience
-Building a rapport with external and internal stakeholders
-The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material
-Great organisation and prioritising abilities
-Good IT skills
The ideal candidate for this role needs to be resilient, professional and empathetic. There will be full training given which will be based at three different locations, however the main site will be in Manchester. You will be expected to understand the policies and procedures of what you are working too, due to the nature of the role.
