Brook Street UK Ltd are delighted to be working with our Utility based client based in Belfast City Centre

Our client has confirmed that they are potentially seeking Customer Advisors for incidents that may occur with their customers


The job role will entail the successful applicant receive inbound calls from customers who have utility queries. Your role will be to ensure that you capture the customers details and identify any vulnerability within the household.


We are seeking CV's from applicants who have an excellent back ground of customer service either via telephone or face to face

Our client has confirmed that training for this role will take place on Friday 11th December and will be from the comfort of your own home! To be considered for this role the applicant must have the following
PC/Laptop
Mobile phone
Broadband/Internet
Headsets/Ear phones


The hourly rate will be paid at £8.72 for training and £20.00 per hour if you are called to deal with an incident after the training.
