Job Description

Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm
Immediate requirement, must be a driver due to the rural location of the office

This long standing client of mine is looking to recruit a new addition to their Customer Services team. They are a progressive, friendly and successful business that are continuing to grow and expand.

You will be an organised, proactive individual who is able to problem solve and has a confident, approachable and personable telephone manner.

Your duties will include processing web orders via Oracle Netsuite
Providing the team with picking tickets
Processing the orders on to their haulier portal
Liaise with hauliers to ensure smooth delivery of goods
Respond to queries and questions submitted via email
Answering incoming calls from web orders and completed all associated administration

You will have worked within a similar position before dealing with customers via email and phone and processed orders.
