Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

New opportunity for a growing business in Coventry for a customer service advisor (office based), the company offers flexibility and is offering full time or part time. You will be providing exceptional customer service across all business channels to ensure all queries and orders are dealt with efficiently. You must have previous customer service experience.

Full time salary at £18,000 per annum, part time pro rata

The role:
Handling external calls from customers (including distributors and members of the public)
Responding emails.
Processing payments for mail order customers
Processing customer orders on SAP.
Raising invoices/credits.
Ensuring all customer contact is up to date daily on Salesforce. Database management, discrepancy reports, sample & catalogue request databases
Sending out sample requests as required
Upselling. Updating customers of offers and special discounts. Contacting lapsed customers (clients that have not ordered for 6 months).
Booking in large orders for delivery.
Any additional tasks when required

Able to build and maintain relationships
