Job Description

Salary: £17,550
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week - 8am - 4pm week 1, 9am-5pm week 2, 10am-6pm week 3 and every other Saturday 9am-1pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for the suitable individual to start a career!! You will be working for a well established, progressive and expanding local business who offer a 5 week training programme and the chance for you to grow and develop within the company.

You will be well spoken, have strong verbal and written communication skills, have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, able to work well under pressure and have excellent organisation and time management skills.

No office experience is needed for this role although would be preferable, however you must have 1 years customer service experience. You must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths & English or equivalent.

You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls so you must be able to display strong active listening skills, able to build a rapport with calls and be able to action the next request appropriately.
