Join an established family business as a Customer Service Advisor in the beautiful Monmouthshire area.
You will be responsible for being the point of contact for customers; responding professionally to queries by email or telephone.
You won't have any direct reports but will be responsible for processing orders, providing quotations, arranging for engineer visits and ensure the customer query is resolved professionally and promptly.
Due to the location of our client, your own transport is essential.
We are looking for somebody who has the following skills:
- Systems driven - MS Word & Excel skills are essential
- Processing paperwork and invoices
- Liaising with office and logistics to deliver on customer expectations
The business operates across 7 days, Monday to Sunday, so flexibility is essential. You will be working weekends and bank holidays, so please only apply if you are happy to work these days.
