£19,500 per annum rising to £20,000 after successful completion on probation
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Free parking on location

A WELL ESTABLISHED, Coventry based company are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their fun and friendly team.

For this position you will have acquired the following -

*EXPERIENCE working within an INBOUND call centre or customer service position

*BRILLIANT communication skills

*ENJOY being on the phone, guiding customers to solutions

*Be able to PROBLEM SOLVE and keep calm during stressful situations

*Have an OUTGOING personality and character

*Able to build INSTANT and ENGAGING rapports over the phone

*Some experience or knowledge providing TECHNICAL advice within a customer service position is desirable
