Role: Customer Care Specialist
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.30 and Fridays 8.30 - 4.15
This is a really exciting opportunity to work for a friendly and rewarding company who have a real passion for looking after their customers and staff. You will be working within a busy and thriving customer service team handling around 15-20 calls a day.
You will be joining an existing team of 11 people managing client`s mobile and fixed line transfers and the associated administration, which includes mobile phone repairs, contract completion, customer queries on their handsets and mobile phone accounts and bills.
The role is highly varied, challenging, requires you take on early responsibility and to be hard working, energised and efficient by nature. There is plenty of telephone work, emailing, interaction with clients and colleagues. Team work is essential as well as the ability to work independently.
